Why I Do This

There are four things that will most likely kill you or strip away everything that makes life worth living: metabolic disease, heart disease, cancer, and neurodegenerative decline. Peter Attia calls them the Four Horsemen. They're responsible for the vast majority of chronic suffering and premature death in the developed world — and most of them are influenced by decisions you make every single day.

I'm not running from death. I'm running toward the version of myself that doesn't give those four horsemen an easy win.

After my son Emmett was born, something shifted. It wasn't dramatic — I just walked into the gym one day and decided I wasn't going to quit. That was it. No grand plan, no transformation montage. Just consistency.

Consistency turned into curiosity. I started studying physiology, building a real training program, then nutrition, then supplementation, then wearable tracking, then blood panels. Each layer revealed the next question, and each question had a measurable answer. That's when I realized — this is biohacking. Not in the Silicon Valley ice-bath influencer sense. In the engineering sense. Understand the system, measure the inputs, optimize the outputs.

I believe every human being has the capacity to be a fundamentally better version of themselves. And I believe that when enough people pursue that, something bigger shifts. That's why I publish my data openly. Not because my protocol is the only way — but because shared, honest, measured data moves everyone forward.

The name isn't accidental. Evolving Longevity. We can evolve. I want to help us evolve. And every data point — mine and yours — is a step in that direction.
